Excellent family villa close to the beach.
The villa (OL19) is nice, well equipped and very spacious with three bathrooms (each with a shower). The swimming pool was very clean and it's a good size for a splash during a hot day. The view in the evening was really nice. AC worked well (no problems). We arrived late in the night and we were happy to find the fridge stocked with supplies for breakfast (like milk, butter, jam, bread) and also a bottle of wine. Short walk to the beach.
The place could have been cleaned better, especially the floors (kitchen corners, or the carpet in the living room). Some frying pans could be replaced. Around that area few new developments are in progress, so there is a certain level of noise. However we were not bothered that much as is was not next to our villa.

Enjoyable stay at a modern comfortable Villa.
Having food left for our breakfast at the Villa on arrival was a nice surprise
The cleanliness was below what it should have been. The bed sheets unfortunately didn’t quite fit the bed we used. Having a timer on the air conditioner was annoying in the bedroom while trying to sleep on a hot night.

Вилла действительно уютная и милая! Очень симпатичный ремонт! Все практически новое.
Новая вилла со стильным ремонтом. На кухне есть всё! вообще всё! от микроволновки и чайника, до соковыжималки, миксера и блендера. А также стиральная машина и посудомойка. Бассейн достаточно большой. BBQ на улице и решетки - все в хорошем состоянии. Большой обеденный стол во внутреннем дворе и в гостиной. Шикарные раздвижные панорамные окна. Милое патио на крыше. Администратор всегда на связи и готов помочь. Рядом с нашей виллой началась стройка и нас оперативно переселили в другую - большего размера и ближе к морю + дали поздний выезд! Очень приятно!!!
Некоторые шезлонги у бассейна были немного потрепаны. Уборка и смена белья 1 раз в 7 дней, но есть стиральная машинка. Кстати, таблетки для посудомойки и порошок для стирки не предоставляются, возьмите свои, если не хотите покупать огромные упаковки в местных супермаркетах (маленьких упаковок мы не нашли).На крыше заявлен сад, но там совсем нет растений. Ключ всего один - что не очень удобно.

Really lovely holiday, and overall good accommodation. Would definitely look to go back!
Great location within walking distance of protaras but in a quiet location. Roof top terrace was a real bonus. Great swimming pool. Perfect for young family. Property was well cleaned.
There were a few issues with the amenities- I think whoever had been there previously hadn’t looked after the place very well. The key broke on the first night. The blind was broken in the living area, one of the sun beds was broken, fridge compartment was cracked, and a lot of the cooking appliances were quite cheap and kept breaking. Small things in isolation, but would expect a little better.

Stunning villa but….
The property was Modern, spacious, superb location. Everything in walking distance. Pool was clean. Everything you needed to cook etc.
The villa wasn’t ready for us when we arrived at 7pm the beds weren’t made, it wasn’t sanitised and the previous people’s rubbish and laundry was left outside. Pool area had rubbish around, plastic bottles,Dirty plasters. I spoke to Vikki who was amazing and she sorted everything apparently it never happens they just had a different cleaning company in.
I would say these villas are perfect for youngsters that want to party, if you like sleep take really good ear plugs. We had no choice but to complain one night. It was like a party in our garden the music was being played so loud. 4am it finally stopped.

Terrible customer service
The look of it and location
With the ongoing changes in the travel induatry due to the pandemic i had requested a refund or change of date, neither of which was granted.
due to not being double vaccinated due to our age the price of tests was costing near an extra £500 again this was shrugged off by management and told no refund or change of dates.

The property was modern, clean and very spacious. It was waking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.
It was overlooking a building site but we knew that may be the case due to the pictures on web site. luckily this did not bother us during our stay as they were not working much! An extra umbrella would have been nice as no shade in the afternoon!

Nice villa in Protaras
The villa team send quickly the pool guy to clean the swming pool, nice location and almost brand new villa. Thay also have a cypriot traditional barbeque.
There were broken glasses inside the swimming pool, almost to get injured. The aircondition needed a long period of time to get a cool tempreture. A bit overpriced. The villas are next to each other and you can be visible by other villas. Not enough privacy

Very nice villa! The location is very close to the city centre if you have a car. Also the bedrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The view is pretty and the area is quiet and perfect for relaxation. The kitchen has almost everything you need to cook and the bathrooms are very clean and with small shampoo/conditioner/shower gel bottles in each bathroom. The pool area is very big .

Excellent villa. Short walk to strip and beaches. Very clean and excellently equipped.
Only a couple of minor issues but the agents responded quickly even out of hours.
A heated pool would have made this the perfect stay.

Good vacations
The villa isself has all what you need for vacations - comfortable rooms, enough bathrooms, nice equiped kitchen and pool. Good location, sandy beach 10 mins. to walk, also city main street with bars and pubs.
The only thing, which could be better is valking to town and beach - there are still some constructions around, no sideways.

Familietur til Protaras
Lækker stor Villa med egen pool. Villaen er meget flot indrettet og pool omgivelserne gode. Rigtig flinkt personale fra Imagine Villas ved behov for hjælp. Dejlig Villa hvor der er god plads til en stor familie. Godt med 3 badeværelser.
Villaen ligger i et helt nybygget område, hvor håndværkere bygger på flere lignende huse. Der var en del larm og vejen til Protaras er farlig at gå langs, da der mangler fortorv og gadelygter.
Vi havde problemer med bruserens afløb fra det ene badeværelse. 2 gange løb der vand ud på gangen. Der kom dog folk og ordnede det. Men lidt irriterende problem.

Sehr nette Taxi Fahrer bzw Shuttle
Das Toast was bei der Ankunft im Kühlschrank war, war verschimmelt und leere Flaschen haben wir in den Kochtöpfen gefunden Die Polster auf der Dachterasse von der Lounge hatten sehr starke Flecken Die Pool Leiter war kaputt bzw hat so stark gewackelt dass diese abgebrochen wäre

Beautiful villa and pool , Everything was immaculate , lovely amount of space for the 8 of us . The staff were brilliant if we needed anything they would reply straight away and sort it out eg the toaster broke so they brought a brand new one within the hour . We had no hairdryer so one was delivered straight away . Excellent service and communication. We were also allowed to stay in the villa until our night flight which was amazing to be able to extend our check out so we didn’t have to find somewhere to stay for the last day as check out Is usually 10am . Ice cream van would come to the villa daily which is brilliant for the children . Would definitely recommend this villa to friends .
The only thing we didn’t like about our stay at the property and that we wish we were made aware of prior to booking was the fact there was still unfinished building work around the villa , a couple of villas still unfinished in front of us and what we were told is going to be a lovely green area and play park area for the villas right next to our pool area was not finished so our view was a bit spoilt by dirt rubble soil etc but I’m sure it will be beautiful once finished , the noise didn’t bother us too much as we were only staying for a week but I wouldn’t of been able to bare it for a longer stay and we feel For the price we paid it should of been cheaper given these circumstances at the moment otherwise we would of said it was well worth the money once all complete . One other thing to note is at the moment there is no footpath from the villas to the beach or Protaras strip which is not ideal when walking with children but we are told there will be a footpath and street lights once the villas are all complete , once this is done the location would be perfect and we would definitely return and then I would rate it 10/10 .

Good but...
The property had all necessary facilities.
It would have been nice if the barbecue area was covered as you couldn’t sit or use that area from 12:30-19:00 due to the sun. The main negative for us was the one key.. You get only one key for the house which comes along with a metal key you insert to a wall slot for electricity and there is no way to separate the two. So if anyone wanted to go out at night and someone wanted to stay home they needed to stay up and wait for them. When we called to ask for a second key the lady said that there is no second key and we could leave the glass door unlock if we want to but to be careful so nothing will be stolen from the house as it is new..

Brand new fabulous villa in perfect location! The villa was equipped with all you need for a lovely holiday. Just a 5 minutes stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants - but still in a quiet area. We’re already looking forward to stay here again.

The villa was brand new and furnishings were excelent. It was equipped with all things needed for ususal household (dish washer, oven, microwave, iron and ect). Villa is located very close to the city center and beach.
The surrounding area is under construction and not made for walking by foot. Although the noise was not a problem, but getting to the beach or city center required walking by the road without a peredstian sidewalk.

We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was amazing, we felt like we were in our own house. The children enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the view from the roof garden. We were by the sea, it's only a short walk, five minutes to a very nice beach and we will definitely come again.
